Living Wax Museum

The sixth grade social studies classes transformed the China Middle School library into a Living Wax Museum for students and families to visit on June 1, 2023. Students began by choosing an individual who has made an impact on the world. Sixth graders researched and wrote a monologue describing their chosen person’s life and achievements. Students then created a costume, back drop, and a button. As guests walked around and pressed each student’s button, learners read their monologue as if they were the famous person themselves. It took weeks of hard work, and they surely impressed many. Great job CMS sixth graders! #WeAreRSU18 #ChinaClippers
