China Schools PTO Costume Dash & 5K
June 1st 8:00am (5K) and 9:00am (1 mile dash), Rain or shine
Entry Fee: $5.00 (1 mile dash); $20 (5K)
Parents/guardians are encouraged to run or walk with their children for the Costume Dash and can do so for free. Race day registration and check in will be held from 7am-7:45 am for 5K participants, Costume Dash participants may check in between 8am-8:45am. Parent/Guardian signature is required on each entry form.
Children can stay and play in the Kids Zone while their parents run the 5K and can get their faces painted while waiting. We will have a raffle following the race for some great prizes and medals for categories TBD!
Course: The Costume Dash course will be one mile long and the 5K will be 5K (3.2 miles) in length. Both races will begin at the Primary school. The exact route will be determined closer to race day and will be based on Road/Trail conditions.
