Enterprise Group Update
The China Middle School Enterprise Group is at it again, giving students terrific hands-on learning experiences and producing amazing products!

We believe in balance with our groups and allow them to have weeks where they prepare a snack for themselves, while still learning lessons within the kitchen. We had students choose their own ingredients to make smoothies and a popcorn trail mix.
We started off the year with a familiar product that is known to sell well, Healthy Dog Biscuits. Around Christmas time, we made Cinnamon Ornaments and filled the halls of China Middle with that familiar smell of cinnamon. Now we are on a sugar scrub kick.
We have made Honey Lemon Sugar scrubs for hands and just this week made a batch of Strawberry Brown Sugar Lip Scrubs. These are all made homemade by China Middle School students with organic ingredients and are on sale now.
These students are learning valuable Life skills that they will carry through their educational careers and beyond. Margie Childs and I are so privileged to be able to lead the Enterprise Group and spend time with these students on a weekly basis to watch their progress towards their occupational and speech therapy goals!
